INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE DEPARTMENT
Introduction: ICE department was established in 1987, aims to undertake for teaching the engine courses in Vehicle Engineering program. In building and developing process, this department is more strength and development. To meet highly social requirement in internal combustion engine research, engine diagnostic and experimental etc. ICE department teaches the major knowledge and professional skills for student.
Staff: ICE department has 12 lecturers and 01 service staff. Staffs in department include lecturers, senior lecturers with experts and high professional skills in automotive field (3 Doctors and 9 Masters). Furthermore, lecturers who always try to achieve the higher certification (4 PhD candidates), aim to get the effectively teaching and scientific research.

The department has major classes, modern laboratory and workshops with diagnostic equipments, engine models can meet student and lecturer's learning and study requirement:
- 01 internal combustion engine Laboratory
- 02 gasoline engine and Diesel engine workshops
- 01 computer room for ICE simulation and diagnostic

ICE department closely cooperate with industrial, company such as Toyota, Isuzu, Ford, Bosch etc, university and organization for short-term training, scientific research, study exchange, projects, research programs.
